WHO CAN PRACTISE THE KUNG FU STYLE OF FENG SHOU?
No 'brute' muscular strength is required to become proficient in the Lee Family Art of self-defence, therefore it can be practiced by men and women of all ages.

Lee Family Art of Feng Shou Kung Fu teaches manipulative skills and energy development which replace static techniques and brute force. The essence the Lee Family Art of Feng Shou Kung Fu is to use your opponent's force against himself. A deep understanding of the techniques ensures maximum results, which are obtained using minimum effort without aggression. Through relaxation and awareness we learn to adapt to any situation with the emphasis on control through developing sensitivity and spontaneity.
