Saturdays Day courses in Dewsbury and Scarborough. Please contact instructor for details.

You know what it’s like, you get home from class nice and relaxed. It was a great class and tonight you learnt a few new moves in the form, T’ai Chi Dance or maybe a new breathing exercise (Dao Yin) and went to sleep happy. The next day after work you try to remember what you learnt and it’s a bit fussy or you simply can not remember at all.

The good news is that if you practise the Lee Style (Sometimes named Li Style) then this site has the answer for you. Our DVDs are produced just for students. Filmed outside in the fresh air, I love to practise outside in the fresh air, although I must confess I prefer summer to winter.

Our DVDs and Manuals are made for people who want to practise at home.

We are here to enhance the training experience and our DVDs and other publications do just that.
